How do Fears Change With Age?

• The purpose of this experiment is to see if age affect the fears inside a person.

• This is a simple surveying method. They randomly selected a sample group from elementary school, college and a small company. With the simple surveying method, they asked to see how regular fears affect individuals.

• It resulted that many of the fears do not change with age. Many of the fears are shared by elementary students as well as professional businessmen. For example, loud noises as well as dangerous animals are a common fear shared by most individuals.

Historical Analysis

Origin: American propaganda against the Bush Administration.

Purpose: Talk some sense into Bush to change his course of action since he is making stupid decisions during his presidency.

Value: It is important because it's the real point of view of the American people towards their president.

Limitations: Extremely Biased. We don't know what Bush has done to cause this.

The Peacock's feathers and tail are fractals since the same pattern repeats itself over and over.

The Monster Study

• This study was meant to see how reinforcements and punishments could affect the way the little orphans ended up talking.




• It ended up being unethical since those who received reinforceres from the experimenter ended up talking smoothely. However, those who were punished and were told they were stutterers and scolded for every mistake they made, ended up having speech problems throughout the course of their lives.

"Doubt is the Key to Knowledge"

• In my opinion, this persian proverb is completely true. When you get answers to all of your questions, is when you really learn. In school, there's this poster of Albert Einstein saying"there's nothing wrong with asking questions". For example history, this subject is all about asking questions and having doubts. This encourages us to research and go that extramile to get your questions answered.
• Another example, is religion. Each culture has its own beliefs and traditions to follow. For example, I have no idea why Hindus see the cow as a sacred animal. However, this doubt is the spark that will encourage me to find out. To pursue this piece of knowledge.
• A personal example would be the doubt i have since I was a little boy. the question: am i capable of playing college soccer? This question inspires me to give it a shot. To fight and set my obstacles to defeat and pursue my dream of being a soccer player.

This video makes me happy for the fact that little children make me laugh my butt out. They are so innocent and have no idea on what they are doing. They do all kinds of stuff and cannot get punished since they are so small and beautiful.

This video really makes me sad because of the humanitarian effort to help the poor. The song is actually truly inspiring. But the thought of children with hunger, mothers looking desperately for their loved ones and people suffering just makes me sad.
